Pastor Will Davis is the Senior Pastor of March of Faith Community Church in Carbondale, Illinois. A respected spiritual leader and visionary, Pastor Will also serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Crossroads Community Hospital in Mt. Vernon and Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. He holds the distinction of being the youngest African American CEO of a healthcare system in Illinois and the only African American healthcare system President in Southern Illinois.
Elder Brandee Davis, his wife of 22 years, is a passionate woman of God and a strong leader in both ministry and the community. She serves as the Assistant Director of Hannah House Child Development Center in Carbondale—the largest minority-owned daycare in Southern Illinois—originally founded by her grandmother. As an ordained Elder, she is known for her grace, spiritual insight, and heart for serving women and families.
The Davises are the proud parents of three beautiful children: 15-year-old C.J. and 3-year-old twins, Marvel and Mela. They reside in Carterville, Illinois, where they continue to lead by example—walking in humility, unity, and a deep commitment to faith, family, and service.
At March of Faith, the First Family is a reflection of God’s love in action—devoted to building up the body of Christ, empowering the next generation, and living out the Gospel with purpose and passion.
